To request a full distribution or one-time partial distribution, including outbound rollovers, log in to your NetBenefits account.

The default tax rate for direct distributions (non-rollovers) is 0% for clergy and 20% for non-clergy. You can change the tax rate on NetBenefits or call Fidelity at 800.343.0860 to complete the distribution request.
